Collaborated with a cross-functional team to develop a comprehensive research plan that supported user research objectives. Recruited and interviewed about 10 participants, conducting a pilot phase followed by extensive interviews to gather critical insights. Analyzed interview data to identify 7 key themes and 15 subthemes, leading to the creation of 2 detailed user personas each representing a major hormonal imbalance diagnosis. Presented final findings and strategic recommendations to company founders, delivering all research materials and recruitment records for future reference.
